All ceremony packages can start as early as 11:00 am, but must be complete by 9:00 pm.

On-site ceremony coordinator
Offering 1-4 on-site coordinators, we tailor each moment to your unique vision, ensuring a graceful entrance for the bridal party. Our commitment extends as dedicated coordinators remain on-site throughout, addressing any issues and warmly welcoming guests.

- Personalized on-site ceremony coordination for a seamless celebration
- Early access to the venue for the bridal party
- 1 hour rehearsal with your on-site ceremony coordinator(s)
- Access to the bridal suite and groom’s den (not available for the Elopement and Evening Weekend Packages)
- Access to the greenhouse in case of inclement weather
- White resin folding chairs (HLG to set-up and take-down)
- Water jug(s) and disposable glasses, set-up in the bistro area, for your guests to stay hydrated
- Access to the full site for pictures (excluding private on-site residents)
- Access to our Bluetooth speaker and microphone
- Access to our rolling cooler
- Access to our fridge for cake and/or snacks
- Access to 2 x 10′ x 10′ pop-up tents
- Access to 5 cocktail tables with black spandex linen
- Access to 12 x 6′ folding tables (linens not included)

- Bar trailer available to serve beverages from (if booking bartenders, they will use this to serve from)
Payment & Damage Deposit/Clean Up Fee
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. Final payment will be due 2 days prior to your event.

At Hastings Lake Gardens, we understand that every celebration is unique, and our package Add Ons are designed to elevate your experience. Enhance your celebration with these optional additions tailored to your preferences:
ADDITIONAL ON-SITE HOURS
Extend the magic of your celebration with additional on-site hours at $450.00/hour + GST. Ideal for those who want to savor every moment and create lasting memories.
LIGHT RECEPTION ADD-ON
For light receptions an additional 2 hours is automatically added at $450.00/hour + GST. Perfect for those who want to continue the festivities with a relaxed gathering.
FOOD ON-SITE
If you wish to bring or cater food on-site, you are responsible for providing disposable plates, cutlery, napkins, non-alcoholic beverages, ice, and cups. Consider catering options that complement your celebration.
SERVING ALCOHOL
HLG is a fully licensed event site. All alcohol needs to be purchased through HLG, or a corkage fee will apply.
SERVERS ADD-ON
Enhance your guests experience with servers at $50.00/hour/HLG staff member + GST. Let our staff serve before and/or after your ceremony.
MORNING BREW (192)
Couples are welcome to open a tab at our café so your guests can enjoy drinks and treats on you.
ICE CREAM TREATS
You are welcome to open a tab so your guests can enjoy
sweet ice cream treats.
Additional things to consider
At Hastings Lake Gardens, we want to ensure your celebration is seamless and stress free. Consider the following details to enhance your experience:
- Clean Up Responsibility – It is your responsibility to clean up the site, bridal suite, and/or groom’s den before your booking end time. Plan accordingly to leave the venue in the same beautiful condition you found it.
- Music Coordination – You’ll need someone to run your music. An HLG on-site ceremony coordinator can assist the music person with fading and cueing the music for packages with more than 51 guests. We recommend that this person attends your rehearsal for a smooth event.
- Golf Cart Assistance – HLG staff can assist those with mobility issues or transport the bridal party to/from different areas of the property using a golf cart. Ensure everyone can fully enjoy the venue with our convenient golf cart service.
- Hastings Lake Hall – Located next to HLG is Hastings Lake Hall, offering overnight parking, tent setup, and more. For additional information, visit Hastings Lake Hall or email
- Washrooms – HLG is equipped with 2 running water standard washrooms, including 1 wheelchair accessible, inside the greenhouse.
- Business Hours – HLG may be open to the general public during your booking time. General public do not have access to the event space during your booking time, but may access Morning Brew (192) or the ice cream trailer.
